Silvestre was voted, by his classmates, as this year's first Student of the Month. I have to say that Silvestre is such a great kid and he's such a great example of perseverance for everyone to see. He always gives us his best effort and it was evident by the kids' votes that they see and appreciate his efforts. Like I have said since the first day of school, my kiddos this year are a special group and it was confirmed by the way they voted. Silvestre so deserved this honor and I couldn't be happier or prouder! Keven was named Student of the Month for October. He has established himself as a leader and top student. This month he received special training as a third grade mediator and has started working with the younger students to resolve any problems they encounter on the playground. His grades are exemplary and his attendance is excellent (he's only missed a half day of school). So, congratulations Keven and keep up that outstanding work!
